Getting Started
Every new firm goes through guided onboarding. Within your first week you will set up your account, import existing cases, configure your intake forms, and train your team on the platform. Onboarding takes 2 to 5 business days depending on plan tier.

Live Support
Pro and Enterprise plans include direct access to a dedicated Customer Success Manager. Enterprise plans include 24/7 priority support for production-blocking issues.
