Every action in LitGen — human or AI — is logged in an immutable audit trail. This makes it straightforward to demonstrate supervision, attorney review, and client confidentiality requirements during bar inquiries or audits.

AI-generated outputs are presented as drafts requiring attorney approval before any action is taken. The platform records who reviewed and approved each output, supporting your supervisory obligations.

Client data is isolated by firm. Our access controls limit who within your firm can see what. We never use client data to train AI models, and we treat all firm data as confidential.

We operate in alignment with general data protection principles, including data minimization, purpose limitation, and security by design. We support firm requests to export, correct, or delete client data.

We collect only data needed to operate the service. We do not sell data. We do not use client data for advertising. We provide tools for firms to honor their own privacy obligations to clients.
